Relevant Experience

Jim has extensive experience on a variety of projects at all stages from feasibility design through to on site contract administration. He has a sound knowledge of the commercial sector and a number of various procurement methods. Having previously worked on large Higher Education projects primarily with The University of Exeter, as well as large scale office developments. He has built up an affinity for good design and delivery on a variety of projects whether commercial, public or community based. His recent practice and academic experience has led to working on conservation projects from small scale barn conversions to grade 1 listed structures.
