Continuing our work with our local partners at Braunton District Museum, the Practice was commissioned to review and reconfigure the entrance facility and internal configuration.

With a restrictive boundary condition and contextual material constraints we produced a simple and contemporary addition to the main frontage of the building giving improved accessibility and spacial connectivity to the main exhibition space to improve flow and identity.

With a sympathetic material palette and simple form the proposals offer an up lifting response to the existing visitor experience.
