Continuing our work with Public Sector Clients, David Wilson partnership where appointed to complete detailed design for a new two storey office building on behalf of Torridge District Council. The new building consists of 460sqm of lettable office space arranged in varying configurations, with meeting rooms, wc’s storage and change facilities and associated dedicated parking.

The site proved challenging, sloping with accessibility issues which were resolved to provide fully accessible facilities for the tenants.

The project was delivered via a Design and Build contract with SWH Construction as the D+B Contractor.
