The Trustees had had falls from the eroded stone spire and an unfavourable steeplejack’s report about its condition. We were commissioned to produce a survey of the whole premises and a schedule of upcoming repairs. We carried out a drone survey viewing the condition of the spire from closer quarters. We worked with the church to identify their views on adapting the building for community and church uses.

We prepared detailed survey and restoration drawings and a schedule of work and obtained tenders for the rebuilding of the spire.
